We accept referrals for both new evaluations and ongoing medication management. We accept referrals for both new psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients with established diagnoses. Please include relevant clinical notes, current medication lists, and recent lab results when available to help our providers deliver the most comprehensive evaluation possible.
