Once you select a provider, the calendar shows only available appointment times for that clinician. Complete your intake paperwork online before the visit, and we will confirm your appointment by email.
If you are not sure which provider is right for you, choose any clinician who treats your main concern. Each provider offers telepsychiatry appointments throughout North Carolina, and most follow-up visits are shorter than the first session.

What to Expect When You Book
Your first visit is a 45- to 60-minute psychiatric evaluation by secure video. Your provider reviews your symptoms, history, and current medications, then builds a treatment plan with you. If medication is appropriate, the prescription goes electronically to your pharmacy — often the same day.
After booking you will receive intake paperwork to complete online before the visit. Finishing it in advance keeps the full appointment focused on your care rather than paperwork. Follow-up medication management visits are typically 20 to 30 minutes.
We accept most major plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Medicare, Tricare, and several NC Medicaid plans. Self-pay is $179 for an initial evaluation and $99 for follow-ups. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 rather than waiting for an appointment.
